project intro

PegasusPay™ is one of a small entities under Ethos Group. They are a established money services business product provider conducting business with over a thousand banks and lenders. PegasusPay were mostly introduced from word of mouth, through connections and dealerships.

With higher demand each year, Ethos Group's pursuit in providing more professional and trustworthy financing service over digital platform, and a goal to market Millennials in car ownership experience, a re-branding and transformation is needed.


expectations from product owners

-PegasusPay wants to step out of comfort zone (word of mouth marketing strategy) and take initiative to boost customer engagement through digital strategies.
-Established and image of trust and professionalism that aligns with Ethos Group company image.
-A solution to ease customer support phone traffic.


main problem I defined

PegasusPay lacks of a trustworthy and informative digital platform to cater current and potential customers' needs and expectations when choosing a financing tool.
 

as a UX designer, my proposed solutions are:

-Gain understanding and empathy on customers’ needs, behaviors, and emotions in car ownership experience especially when choosing financing tool.
-Build a website that is informative, transparent in every aspect to provide peace of mind and, multi-functional enough o ease customer support phone traffic.

my role

-Worked closely with product owners to evaluate and re-define current product
-Shadowed customer support team to gain knowledge to PagasusPay and empathy from both customer and product side.
-Collaborated with marketing team to rebrand, define and create UI pattern.
-Collaborated with copywriters to draft needed copy and architect the information and translate them to the designs.
